Unique Snacks needed a redesigned platform to manage trade deductions across multiple distributors, a process that touched admin controls, reviews, and sales rep tools across a large enterprise operation. I led discovery, planning, and UX design for the full redesign, working within the platform's existing constraints while pushing for better usability wherever possible.

Deductions Distributors Couldn't Track
Distributors had no clear, unified way to track deductions across accounts, the existing process was manual, error-prone, and difficult to manage at scale. The platform needed a redesigned workflow that made trade deductions transparent and manageable across every distributor touchpoint, from admin oversight to day-to-day sales rep use.
